Support
Our Customers are protected with Service Level Agreement (SLA). This is to ensure that you are geting support on demand. Service Level Agreement specify Terms and Conditions and also the framework by which the support operates.
Software warranty
The Software Warranty and Free support are available for 30 days after a project ends. We support features and functionality outlined in previously agreed project specification document. After the period of 30 days, we charge for Aplicaiton Support, Changes and Enhancements. Charges are based on the time spent to address and solve the issues.
Application Support
Linea's dedicated Team will support Applications and Systems for as long as you need it. For example, modification of applications to suit new requirements or unlikley bugs fixing, etc. This time is charged at our Standard Daily Rate.
Changes and Enhancements
Linea's dedicated Team will consult, develop and deploy updates that your Enerprise needs, on the Website or other Systems. We encourage our Customers to inform us in advance about changes to be done so we could schedule work in advance.
Hosting
Linea only works with hosting suppliers able to provide uptime 24/7 and Hosting Support. Our Customers then benefit from 24/7 operational Website and Services.
