Linea developed number of JSR-168 portlets that utilize Oracle Identity Management and Oracle Universal Content Management (Stellent) and deployed them to the Oracle Portal. Dynamic organisation chart is just one of the custom built portlets that allows employees to view the org chart and profile of people including their whereabouts.

Linea has been working with one of its clients on Oracle Tooset proof of concept where the portal and portal like interfaces are used to deliver content and access to applications. Oracle WebCenter has been part of POC which we intend to use to show how portlets and non portlet applications can work through the same framework.

Linea's consultant has developed an Intranet portal for a large government agency. Vignette Application Portal running on Web Logic application servers in a clustered environment with single sign was used to render the portal content from Vignette Content Management V7.

This deployment included development of many JSR-168 portlets that display information, register users for email notification, perform directory search and made sure entitlement is enforced in regards to user's department and location.
